Helps users reframe problems that feel stuck, vague, or unsolvable by generating multiple alternative framings using structured reframing strategies. Use this skill whenever someone describes a problem that feels ill-defined, has resisted multiple solution attempts, contains strong emotions or false trade-offs, or smuggles a solution into the problem statement. Also trigger when the user explicitly asks to "reframe", "rethink", or "look at this differently." Even vague complaints like "our culture is broken", "nothing is working", or "we keep going in circles" are good candidates. This is a pre-solution skill — it produces alternative problem framings, never solutions. Do NOT trigger for well-defined technical problems ("this function returns the wrong output"), quick debugging tasks, or situations where the user is already in execution mode and needs implementation help.
