PM

experiment-brief

Core skill for Product Managers to think through and structure a product experiment before triggering a build. Use this skill whenever a PM wants to: explore a product idea before committing engineering resources, validate a hypothesis with a rapid frontend prototype, prepare an experiment brief for the Slack experiment-builder agent, or sharpen a vague product intuition into a testable hypothesis. Trigger on any request involving experiment ideas, prototype planning, "I want to test...", "what if we tried...", "users are asking for...", or any product idea that is not yet strong enough to warrant a full pod sprint. This skill runs a Socratic conversation that challenges assumptions, pins down scope, and produces a structured brief ready to trigger the experiment-builder agent in Slack.
