Use this skill for any deployment operation in the Service Portal CD system: deploying a service, bumping a version or image tag, changing replicas or resources, adding or updating environment variables, scaling up or down, rolling back, decommissioning a service, approving or rejecting a deploy request, or reading the current deployed config. Use it even when the user doesn't say "deploy" -- phrases like "update the image", "increase memory limit", "add an env var", "what version is running in prod", or "can you approve this" all apply.

This skill is part of the service-portal plugin. To use it, install the plugin via one of these methods:

Claude Desktop: Download service-portal.zip → Settings → Customization → Upload
