Auto-merges community-contributed PRs that pass all checks. Escalates to CTO for architecture decisions, security criticals, and breaking changes. Scheduled via Claude Code cron triggers. GitHub Actions handle deterministic CI; this agent handles reasoning, judgment, and community interaction.

This agent is part of the builder-os-platform plugin. To use it, install the plugin via one of these methods:
Claude Code: git clone git@github.com:carousell/ct-builder-os.git ~/.builder-os && ~/.builder-os/scripts/bootstrap.sh <your-role>
Claude Desktop: Download builder-os-platform.zip → Settings → Customization → Upload
